My attempts to Spartanize myself continue. Latest official weight is 183. Unfortunately, I pulled my hammy today while running sprints, an injury that I aggravated when I was forced to run to my car so I could put my cell away for the sneak preview of "Superbad". Having this mild injury, however, forced me to change my regular routine and I ended up with the following "pretty good" workout:
27 pullups (in 4 sets 10-7-5-5)
Every abdominal exercise I could remember (around 30): 1 set, 10-20 reps
Dumbbell Bench: 3 sets, 10 reps, 80-75-70lbs per side
Reverse Flies on the cable cross: 3 sets, 10 reps, 10lbs per side
Incline Dumbbell Bench: 3 sets, 10 reps, 60lbs per side
Dumbbell Rows: 3 sets per side, 10 reps, 60lbs
Bouncers: 3 sets, 10 reps, 45lbs per side
Scarecrows: 3 sets, 10 reps, 10lbs per side
Decline Bench: 3 sets, 10 reps, 135lbs
Burpies: 1 set, 10 reps
