A Dietary Review for Yoosuk

An Account of What I've Eaten Today:

Cottage Cheese (4 servings) - 480 calories 52g protein 16g carbs
2% Milk (3 servings) - 413 calories 29g protein 41g carbs
Whey Protein (1 serving) - 110 calories 20g protein 5g carbs
3 Egges (1 Boiled 2 Scrambled) - 210 calories 18g protein 3g carbs
Dry Roast Almonds, Salted (1/2 serving) - 85 calories 3g protein 3g carbs
Shrimp (4 oz) - 112 calories 24g protein 0g carbs
Eel (1 oz) - 67 calories 7g protein 0g carbs
Teryiaki sauce (4 tblspoons?) -60 calories 4g protein 11g carbs
Various Vegetables (2 cups) - 240 calories 7g protein 20g carbs
Butter (3 tsp) - 101 calories
3 Diet Cokes

So that's it as far as I can remember. Actually I'm going to have a yogurt so that'll change but the info is still good. I'm still consuming fewer calories than I'm burning by a lot. That's not really good considering that my protein intake isn't high enough to maintain my muscle mass. This means that at this rate I'll lose 3lbs per week but some of that will be muscle mass. My goal for tomorrow will be to get my protein intake up to 40% and get my calorie intake up to 2400+.

Now I'm too tired to post my workout for today... but I'll try to eat a lesser variety of foods tomorrow to make this process easier.
