Intense Cardio

Try running five 100-meter intervals, then do 3 sets/12 reps of ~24 inch box jumps (I used the big blocks next to the steps of Showalter Fountain), then five more 100-meter intervals.

I think thats the first time I've ever been passed by a jogger while I was trying to sprint. Gotta go ice my legs now.
