Definitely Ate More Today

Summary for July 13th:
2893 Calories
214g Protein (30% of Caloric intake)
130g Carbs (18% of Caloric intake)

I reached my goal of getting 2400+ Calories by going out to eat and getting a steak today. Also I decided to have 2 lunches. However I didn't exactly get 40% protein intake which I'm thinking is basically impossible since everything has carbs in it. I also had a Bubble Tea today which the calorie counter says is 240 calories and no prot/carbs. That can't be right.

My new super food to protein load is 1% Milkfat Cottage Cheese mixed with 1 can of Albacore Tuna. This gives me a whopping 50g of protein and 6g of carbs for only 260 calories. Tastes better than a protein shake too.

Single Arm Dumbell Bench: 50lbs: 3 sets/10reps per side
Luggage Carry Deadlifts: 75lbs: 3 sets/6reps per side
